Why can't I get my avatar to stick? I'm dutifully using an avatar creator to make my avatar, and copying the url to my profile. It sticks, but only for one session. When I log back on, it's gone with a "resize your avatar..." message in the avatar image box.

Never had this prob before...

It's a hotlinking issue... More so with the service.

I have an idea... get yourself a gravatar. Mostly because if you read a lot of blogs and make comments, then your mug can be seen when you post. But more so, since you can hotlink your finished cropped av to anything.

I think I linked a picture on Photo bucket and the rest was taken care of. Might give that a shot. I got it to work somehow and I am terrible with technical computer stuff so there must be a way. Good luck!

hey DP...
i took the liberty of making an avitar out of your picture... obviously...
this will make it easier...
-goto your profile page.
- goto 'edit prifle'
-under 'avatar URl' paste this:
i43.tinypic.com/24x2ql3.jpg
-under 'size of avatar' put 75 for each

you should be good to go!
i'll leave your pic up on mine untill tommorro night just because im an asshole...

maybe adjust the size... 75 & 100? i dont know... taller and less wide would work...
